Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: National Bank of Fujairah’s (NBF) board of directors approved distributing the proposed cash dividends for the fiscal year ended on 31 December 2016.

The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of the bank approved distributing 7.5% cash dividends, amounting to AED 95.3 million, and 7.5% bonus shares, amounting to 95.3 million shares, according to a statement.

NBF’s capital stands at AED 1.271 billion distributed on 1.271 billion shares with a nominal value of AED 1 per share.
